Swiss Coffee is one of Benjamin Moore's most-loved warm whites, but BM isn't the cheapest tin on the shelf in the UK and the stockist network is thinner than the big trade brands. The good news is you've got a genuinely excellent match for less.
Dulux Lambs Wool (LRV 76.4) is your best bet at ΔE 1.2 from the original — that's well under the 2.5 threshold where most people can spot a difference, and frankly imperceptible once it's dry on a wall in normal light. It's the same soft, creamy warmth Swiss Coffee is known for, and Dulux availability is everywhere, so touch-ups years down the line won't be a faff.
If you want a couple of fallbacks: Crown Antique Cream (LRV 75.7) comes in at ΔE 1.6, also very close and another easy-to-find trade brand. And COAT Tuesday's Child (LRV 74.9) lands at ΔE 1.7 — COAT's an eco water-based range that delivers direct, with a lovely matt finish, so worth a look if you care about low-VOC and don't mind ordering online.
All three sit in that mid-70s LRV band, meaning they'll bounce plenty of light around without going stark or clinical — exactly why Swiss Coffee works so well in hallways, north-facing rooms and trim.
The one "but what about" worth flagging: a low ΔE means the *colour* matches, not necessarily the *finish*. Swiss Coffee in BM's Regal Select has a particular sheen and depth. If you're matching into existing Swiss Coffee on a feature wall, do a test patch and let it cure properly before committing — different binders can read very slightly differently in raking light.
My honest steer: if budget and availability are the drivers, go Dulux Lambs Wool. It's the closest match, it's everywhere, and you'll save a fair bit per tin. Buy a tester, paint a big swatch, and check it morning and evening before you order the lot.
